cannot start service from the command line or debugger.
A windows service must first be installed ( using installutill.exe)and then started with the server Explorer , windows service Adminstrative tool or NETSTAT command

공유기 사용하고요.. 이거 공유기 포트 열어야 하는건가요? 프레임워크도 설치했습니다.
